Use the net profits in your ltd company to maximise your borrowing without withdrawing all your income as dividends

Company director mortgages

They shouldn't be as difficult as they are made out

When it comes to mortgages for company directors, there are several different types of income of that can be used. Some banks will use directors salary plus dividends, while others will use directors salary plus net profits after tax.

Some even use directors salary plus pre-tax profits. At Puzzle Mortgages, we can help you navigate these options and find the best mortgage solution for your unique situation.

Not taken all your profits in dividends ?

You shouldn't be penalised for not taking out your profits

It's quite common for company directors to leave leftover profits in the company. We work with several banks that allow you to use your company net profits to calculate how much you can borrow when applying for a mortgage. This means you can still qualify for a mortgage even if you haven't taken all your profits out of the company in dividends.

Often by using your net profits as proof of your income you can borrow significantly more than by using your personal tax returns showing only a snapshot of your salary and dividends.
